I shared with you last week that my family and I went on a last summer vacation beach trip. We had a wonderful time exploring gardens, shopping, swimming, and eating. The hotel we stayed in was a one bedroom suite and had a really cute layout. Since we will most likely be downsizing when we move to Japan in January, I took special notice to how everything was situated. Fun thing with the military, you won’t know what you get (housing) until you get there. At least across seas. We could be in a three bedroom, 2 bath apartment under 1,000 sq feet so I need all the inspiration I can get.
The bedroom was small with a king size bed, bed side tables, and a dresser. The color palette can make a huge difference on how the room will feel. The combination of blues and greens made the bedroom feel calm and airy even with the tight furniture arrangement.
The view from our room was beautiful!
